My practice provides an environment to do just that; to explore with gentleness and compassion the aspects of yourself that need the most kindness, clarity, and perspective.
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual therapy is a one-on-one 55-60 minute session. In-person office visits or telehealth appointments are available.
CLINICAL CONSULTATION
I also provide individual and/or group consultation for therapists and practitioners who are interested in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model or have completed a Level 1 training.

Rates:
$100 per 30 min Psychotherapy and/or Consultation
$175 per 50-60 min Psychotherapy and/or Consultation
$250 per 90 min Psychotherapy and/or Consultation
Payment: Cash, Check, American Express, Discover, Health Savings Account, Mastercard, Visa.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations inside of 24 hours notice will be charge $100 cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged for the fully scheduled reserved time.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients or clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
- You are entitled to ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
- I will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before services begin.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
- Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
